Oat Banana-Almond Cookies

Today I’m sharing a recipe for my new healthy cookies.

The bananas provide potassium, the chia seeds omega three and the almond butter protein.

Ingredients 

3 cups old fashioned oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 bananas

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 heaping tbsp (25g) almond butter
Step 1 mash two ripe bananas



Next add the old fashioned oats, one cup at a time and stir to incorporate.


Then add the cinnamon and chia seeds.


Finally add the almond butter making sure it has no added salts or oils.


Finally place the cookies in 2p coin sized balls on a greased baking tray and press them down with a wet fork.


Bake in the over for 20 Minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

They should turn out looking like this:
